Nothing can make me feel more inspired than being in the presences of strong, intelligent women supporting each other.  It is magical! 

In my workshops we spend the day accessing your true self and articulating it through writing and cathartic journal practices. The goal is to accept and encourage women to find her voice and own it. I want to help motivate women in their own words to be your true self. No matter what age or stage of life you are in, it is not too late to become comfortable in sharing your story.  You will leave the workshop with the tools you need to find your voice, and a group of women supporting you on your journey.  "Glowing women can help other women glow and still be lit." 

The summer 2024  workshop was an amazing experience!
